Airspace Regulations

Icing Conditions
FAR 91.527

(A)No Pilot may take off in an airplane that has---
(1) frost, snow, or ice adhering to an airplanes, prop, windshield, or power plant installation or to an airspeed, altimeter, rate of climb, or flight attitude instrument system;
(2)Snow or ice adhering to the wings or stabilizing or control surfaces; or
(3)Any frost adhering to the wings or stabilizing or control surfaces, unless that frost has been polished to make the surface smooth.
(B) EXCEPT for an airplane that has ice protection provisions that meet the requirements in section 34 of Special FAR No.23.

Airspeed Restrictions
FAR 91.117

(A) Unless otherwise authorized by the Administrator, no person may operate an aircraft below 10,000 feet MSL at an indicated airspeed of more than 250 knots (288 M.P.H)
(B) Unless otherwise authorized or required by ATC, no person may operate an aircraft 2,500 feet above the surface within 4 nautical miles of the primary airport of a Class C or Class D airspace area at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 M.P.H.) This paragraph (B) does not apply to any operations within a Class B airspace area. Such operations shall comply with paragraph (A) of this section.
(C) No person may operate an aircraft in the airspace underlying a Class B airspace area designated for an airport in a VFR corridor designated through such a Class B airspace area, at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 M.P.H.)
(No person may operate an aircraft more than 200 knots in a Class B airspace)

Aircraft Restrictions
DVATC 11.111

(A) No person may operate a military fighter jet in the Continental United States,
(1) Aircraft such as a MILITARY FIGHTER may not be operated in the Continental United States in the Detroit Virtual Session.
(2) One may operate a military fighter only in the Alaskan Airspace, no exceptions to this regulation shall be made.

VFR: Visibility Requirements
FAR 135.205

(A) No person may operate an airplane under VFR in uncontrolled airspace when the ceiling is less than 1,000 feet unless flight visibility is at least 2 miles.
(B) No person may operate a helicopter under VFR in Class G airspace at an altitude of 1,200 feet or less above the surface or within the lateral boundaries of the surface areas of a Class B, Class C, Class D, or Class E,airspace is designated for an airport unless the visibility is at least-
(1) During the Day - 1/2 mile.
(2) At Night - 1 mile.
